Step 1 :

Hand tied springs are added to a solid maple frame

Step 2 :

Springs are covered with two layers of burlap and a thick layer of natural cotton in between them, after that the front edge is created with horse hair

Step 3 :

Hand tied springs are added to the back

Step 4 :

Back Springs are covered with burlap. The back gets the same treatment as the platform.

After the burlap is added, it gets covered with lose horse hair and is shaped into the desired form

Step 5 :

Once the piece is fully prepared fabric is added

Step 6 :

Legs are created, finished in light oak, and installed
